Fees

All solicitors at Kelleher O’Doherty are members of the Criminal Legal Aid Panel and can represent clients charged with criminal offences under the Criminal Justice Legal Aid Scheme. Under this scheme, those eligible will have all their legal costs paid by the State. We will advise you as to your eligibility for public funding.

All fee paying clients will be charged a fair price for work done. You will be advised from the outset of the fee structure and any ancillary expenses. We are always prepared to discuss fees and we will always keep costs within a reasonable range.
